DBS SCHENKER EXTENSION

Logistics terminal of DB SCHENKER already with Act 16 after two and a half years of efforts of the contracting authority, design team and builders. Together with Porsch Concept (www.apc.bg) and colleagues from GreenPoint Project, LATT Ltd. (www.la-tsvetanov.com), we carried out the spatial planning studies, preparation of project and tender documentation with builder selection, coordination, administration and management of the construction process, preparation of list of flaws and warranty records until the end of the construction process. Expansion of two warehouse halls with a total new built-up area of about 4000 sq.m., external paving and concrete pavements of about 15 000 sq.m. and accompanying infrastructure were realized.
