LATT EOOD is a company with a portfolio in the field of landscape architecture and conevtional architecture.

We carry out feasibility studies, surveys, phytosanitary assessments for existing vegetations, designing, consulting, and project management in the field of green construction. The green roofs are realizations that we strive for and we are successful with.

In the field of conventional architecture, we perform surveys, design, investment control, project management of objects of every functional type. Practical experience has been gained in the development of details of the working phase and the investigation of defects.

Our projects bind a harmonious surroundings, environment and building and we believe that this is the path to sustainable development. The ecological principles of design using geothermal energy, building materials from indigenous sources (houses from straw, wood houses!) are a method we practice and this makes us optimistic about the future of the generations.

We work with colleagues from all specialties and we can offer a complex but individualized approach to each project and client. We believe that it is not important how big the project is, but how devotion and attitude it is working on. We are convinced that well thought out project is more than half the work needed for the realization of each project!
