The subject of this project is a part of the southern yard of Kindergarten No. 48 “Bratya Grimm” in Sofia. This area serves as the active outdoor zone for play and activities, which has remained almost unchanged since the kindergarten was built in the 1980s.

The idea behind the project is not only to improve the existing space by replacing and modernizing the materials and equipment but also to create a safe environment that strongly attracts children’s interest, encouraging them to explore and learn about the surrounding world through fun games and activities.

The stimulation of activity is achieved through reshaping the terrain, which creates an environment different from what was previously familiar. The project develops the content and details thoroughly, adhering to the standards and requirements for creating a functional, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing children’s environment.
